Using competitive intelligence to spot risks and opportunities
In every company I’ve worked for I’ve always ended one of the go-to dudes for competitive intelligence, officially or unofficially. The reason is simple, really. I love CI, and it’s critical to figuring out price/package/position and all that. And helping others think about what would work best for them, too.
As such, I’m an active member and founding committee member of the local chapter of Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals. And it so happens that I’m on a panel for the next chapter meeting… hope to see you in Portland.
